I will never return here it was a complete downer on my vacation.… The bed was so hard I woke up with marks all over my face and body. The only good thing I have to say is that the room was cute and very clean, maybe appropriate for one person max two. The AC broke and wouldn't work at all then they came to fix it and then it wouldn't turn off at all. Everything at this property was a struggle. You have to go thru several doors and gates to get to the room, its pretty far from the entrance. They say that they have breakfast that starts at 6 am and we didn't get breakfast ever because we had early morning excursions and the breakfast person arrived after 7:30 am, so we paid for BB and didn't get breakfast. The Wifi is horrible or more like nonexistent. The attendant is not there all day so absolutely no help at the front desk. It looks like someone bought a few apartments and separated it in rooms. The location is not tourist friendly as absolutely no Taxis pass in front of the hotel. Relaxing in the hotel was out of the question. We paid over $500 for two nights and they charged per person which would be fine if the space were big enough for four people but it definitely was not. To be able to open our suit cases we had to put the Murphy bed away. We paid for three adults and 1 child and they put us in a room that was the size of a child's bedroom. Even the taxi driver that took us from the airport was confused. When you arrive it is a complete struggle to find the place because there are no signs, no one out front, closed metal gates, no sign of a hotel at all.
